If you sign a contract and the person with direct control over you is mentally and physically abusing you, then no, you don't honor it. You get out of it. There are more important things than business negotiations, like someone's mental state and wellbeing. But I'll keep your unempathetic ass in my prayers though.
It doesn't matter what happens you made a legal binding contract and you got to honour to matter what happens. Take a law classes.

He isnt preventing her from recording or releasing so she should just release the albums annually till her album limit is up to fulfilled her contract and than move on to the label she wants. She could of released 2 or 3 albums by now because this started almost 2 years ago all this time wasted for the outcome to be a ruling against her... she states she loves her fans if so release the music they have been craving and stop this non sense and allegations

This was for a temporary injunction. The final verdict doesn't come till later (someone said 2017, I think?) but I think it's pretty clear whose side the judge is on
