Blonde would need to drop less than 50% to top that. No studio album drops less than 50% in it's 2nd week. 70% is a normal number. There are no estimates for him at the moment. Just HDD saying that FGL and Barbra are fighting for #1 without mentioning Frank at all. So I guess he'll do the usual 70% drop and be around 80k or something.

There was a tight race for No. 1 on the Billboard 200, as three albums were vying for the pole position. Cheek To Cheek edges out Kenny Chesney's also-arriving The Big Revival at No. 2 (130,000). Last week's No. 1, Barbra Streisand's own duets album, Partners, slips to No. 3 with 127,000 (down just 35 percent).

No one is pointing out the significant decrease for barbra and FGL who used the same marketing this era as they did their past era.

It's all quite transparent and quite easy to grasp.

I do hope that she does get at least #3 or #4.

5 is still top 5 but I wouldn't want Drake or somebody to be the cause of a lower number.

If it peaks at 4 like BJ this will just be the era where her album peaks there but the music is better and her team will promote it to last longer.

they could have pushed it back a week if they wanted a #1 album and just letVMAs repeak Make me.

it kinda does because it means she's exceeding expectations, unless her label was expecting her to do more than this, which seems unlikely given the performance of her previous era.
