I'm sure they were planning to release Heartbreaker "soon" like they originally said.

But with Blurred Lines dominating like it was at the time and all of the big new releases I think they are holding it off til everything calms down. It sucks though because all of the hype is dead now.

Probably, but if they keep waiting for the perfect time, it'll never get released. There's lots of big acts releasing this year, just get it out there and promote the **** out of it!

The thing is, he doesn't have time to promote it. He's going back on tour in about 3 weeks and is touring until december.
Everyone and their mother is releasing this year so it's actually a good thing they decided to wait.

Hopefully the next era will be better than Believe one. He most likely won't be touring and that's a huge plus.
He's going for real R&B this time and also is more involved in the whole process of planning etc

It will probably be december cause he'll be done touring and have time for promo and stuff
