Electivire may have already peaked but the point is the only reason why some even choose to bring that bunny with them currently is because of the gimmick stone that Gamefreak had already abandoned upon the current gen. This is gen 4 talk, not the 6th, an era when Electivire was actually relevant (a winner) while the bunny was fomo'd filler (a loser). And it has much of a viable physical movepool as it does with its special, and way more coverage than lopunny will ever have
Speed isn't that much of an issue with Motor Drive, especially when it's still hanging around 95 base.
Anyway can't wait to see the bunny potentially flop outta top 20, hope my 1 helps.
Lopunny's saving grace is going the way of many mechanics before it i.e. Pokemon following you, dexnav, soaring, PSS etc.
