Pretty sure the live version will be combined with the original. Same as what happened with Adele a couple years ago.
Emeli Sande's Brits performance track might not get combined though because she performed a mash-up. Not sure how that works. When Florence + the Machine performed a mashup one year, the songs charted separately, but since then the sales have been combined.
Actually, the OCC are almost as bad as Billboard in some respects, just a lot more quiet about it.
