If Hillary campaigned hard for Bernie and gave him her coalition, he would have won over Trump. He wouldn't win Florida though. Sometimes I wish they actually rigged the votes in the primary and given them to Bernie.

I tried going to one in Salt Lake today but I got there right when it was ending. Like 500 people showed up though which is REALLY impressive for SLC. One's planned for tomorrow too that's expected to have double the turnout and I'm definitely showing up
My friend volunteered at a gay teen suicide hotline tonight. He just told me that several of the calls that came in were from people who told him that they hoped the teens calling in were successful in killing themselves. One said that if they didn't kill themselves tonight, Trump would make sure they were all shot eventually.

This was being discussed pretty much everywhere. They were about to get crushed in this election and needed to start moving socially left if they ever wanted to win the White House again. How America was so progressive and they couldn't count on divisive, discriminatory politics to invigorate the base anymore. Oops. Idealism was ended last night.
