so so so sad Tinashe has to go through all this hassle with RCA.
I wish they would drop her so she can sign another deal with Island Records or Republic Records.
They'll never drop her and the more she speaks on it the more they'll keep her in limbo until they feel like they're ready. She's not the only RCA artist who's saying they're still working on their album when it's really done and just in limbo *cough cough* *eyes Rebecca*

I'm not sad because they pushed it back, I'm sad because I can tell she's not happy, I can tell that she's angry and disappointed.
Ugh my flatmate is here. It's so awkward between us since I told them I'm moving in with other people next year and it's gonna be me and her herefor a whole week(maybe more) : before the others come back.
They all decided to take it personally when I told them that but I like them all as people still :/
I'm tired of my work team group being basically me having meltdowns because people don't do anything, people being coward and refusing to talk, me myself setting new guidelines and then people complaining that it's not like they want.

She's very upset and she's fighting to maintain the mixtape sound but they truly want her to be full pop. That in itself is an issue. This is one of those situations where labels think they know what the GP wants or what they think will work but in reality they're decisions and focus is completely wrong.
Long story short, they still think focusing on Top 40 is where all the money is but this past year speaks a different story.
This is why it's best to just stay indie or be very careful before signing a contract. They might've made it seem like they had her best interest at hand but that's clearly not the case.
