Eh, it's fairer to compare to something that's not also brand-new, so Hotline Bling which was at 11.52% at one point. Bling's selling less by now but is at a higher % (13.78%) so it's not like the song is bigger than before.
Plus the #10 song was less than 5% before, and now the T16 are at least 5%.
