So how many weeks will Thrift Shop have at #1? 9-10 seems probable.
More than that, surely. Nothing else is really coming for it really. "Stay" would be competition if it had streaming. Everything else is too weak in sales right now to really present a threat to a song that hasn't really even peaked yet.
Only other songs to potentially dethrone it that are on the horizon are "When I Was Your Man" and "Daylight."

Is 'Stay' on Spotify yet?

So far the only performers announced by the producer (Nigel) are Phillip Phillips/Jessica Sanchez/Colton Dixon from last season. Its still decent ratings, up to par with TheVoice now. Should have some effect.

Hmmmmm.
12M viewers for Idol is horrendous tbh. They used to average about 24 - 26M, at the very least, which was incredible from a promo perspective. Right up there w/the Grammys.

And the performers' boosts used to be insane.
I know. I like the show, but the same type of winners really killed their ratings I think. It got predictable in the last five years so people I guess starting to tune out. Still, doesnt TheVoice get around the same viewers? 13-12million? They have a decent effect.
