Well points are more for tracks I guess than for albums. Anyways mediatraffic is reliable and unreliable at the same time. According to MT, OOTB sold 2,8 mill copies but the label confirmed it sold 5 million. (Well I don't think its true.) It is also confired by a source that TD sold 5 milion copies. So OOTB: 2,9 mill on MT, 5 mill by label, TD: 3 mill by MT, 5 mill by a source.(it credited as a reliable source on wikipedia)
So It very complicated actually to understand how much album she really sold. Her label can lie, but on the other hand mediatraffic doesn't monitor every possible sale.

This has been explained numerous times. OOTB sold 3 million albums + 20 million singles (a.k.a. 2 million Track-Equivalent-Albums) which is how her label came up with 5 million.
