I expected everything above OMT. I do wish MILG was doing better. Surprised the remixes are doing well. And OMT is rightfully slaying. It's not common for covers to be hits these days, but maybe Mariah could try? At least later in the album's life, or perhaps just a live performance on a major awards show.
Meteorite is the best choice for everywhere. It's the song with biggest chances to be embraced by POP.
Mariah can't rely on pop to run with her song. Her best bet is for urban/ac to make it a hit before pop picks it up. Songs like Dedicated/MILG/YDKWTD/Money fit this bill, while songs like Thirsty/Faded/Meteorite lean too heavily to one format.
Well, I guess they can make up whatever rating system they like on their own website?
That's not fair tho. It's like the give a good grade for their publication so they don't feel the wrath of fans but when it comes to MetaCritic (which isn't viewed as often as their publication) they grade it tougher.
It's like they lie in their publication but put what they truly feel in MetaCritic which is not fair!
Just went out to buy my copy you guys. Unfortunately the deluxe was sold out so I had to settle w/ the standard... it's not like I'm missing out that much anyway tbh. What did I miss? Did she finally get to perform?

Meteorite needs to NOT be the US single. I know it's an MC tradition to sit on good singles, but can they please do the right thing and put out YDKWTD
