i don't need anyone to make a gif but i just wanted to check if anyone had this particular gif saved that i remember seeing like a year ago. it's a gif of katy, ke$ha (and maybe rihanna?) sitting in the audience at the 2010 vma's and it's really like "judging you" and i can't find it and i loved it
