I'll answer though, because I have no qualms. I believed it because it was reported through MANY different sources, including YG himself. Picture that, a CEO actually commenting on the situation? That Dispatch story actually NAMED people and did research into Korean laws, showing that Bom wasn't doing anything wrong. It didn't read like a bad Perez Hilton story, circa 2008.
Oh and also, the director for their show on OnStyle has commented and said he never saw Tyler at the NYC shoots, said Sica was a pleasure to be around. So that pretty much shows that at least one of those Dispatch "reports" is BS, so it's safe to assume the rest follow that lead.
You know what? I take back most bad things I've said about SNSD fans over my time on here, because I now realise they were never the problem. It's deluded SM stans that are the real annoyance.

You're one of the dedicated loyal Jessica fans that i state above
I don't know why you're so enthuastic in this situation

Bom's Dispatch article had a major flaw on it saying Bom was deemed "free of charges/innocent" but the case wasn't even registered in the first place (which never happens in Drug-related investigations in Korea)
0 credibility for that article

How am I trying to do anything when they are Sica's words I'm reacting to? You act as if I set the situation up
And no, I am in no way, shape or form a "dedicated loyal Sica fan", but of course anyone that sides with her/against SM MUST BE, right???

It wasn't registered because she didn't do anything wrong. And it's funny that people still choose to not believe what the police have said, simply because they have this childish obsession with making any other group look bad
People accused her of drug smuggling and her house got searched because of that. They found she took 3 pills a week, which the police deemed to be a medicinal quality. She gave the pills to the police and started to seek treatment in a legal way in Korea from them on. That is it. That is the "scandal".
Like remember people were even saying it was being used as a diversion to the Sewol Ferry incident? So ridiculous... Some people genuinely believe anything they read. And even worse, some will ignore the truth to still buy into their delusion, simply because it "suits" them better

Apparently Jessica has to pay 40m to investors if BLANC fails, and that she invested a lot of her own money while Tyler didn't.
Tyler seems to be just using her. I'm really worried tbh. Could all this member problems stem from him? Maybe the others wanted her to stop the business because they sensed Tyler was a bad influence? Too many questions tbh.

Yo.
If she didn't do anything wrong, they say she's "innocent/free of charges".
Have you seen any cases where they do the investigation first before doing any kind of paperwork
Cases have to be registered first before doing any sorts of investigation.
Especially for drug cases in Korea, since they're super strict on that.
Many articles claimed that there hasn't been 1 drug related case in Korea where the case doesn't get registered in first place. They say "you're innocent/guilty" AFTER everything
Can we do some research on this please, thank you

i heard that Tyler Kwon did not invest any money
Of course she's too greedy, how can you run a business and still follow the hectic schedule of SNSD at the same time Especially if she's planning to leave and get married, she should devote all her last time to the group

No, I'm very sure like other countries, if they don't have the adequate information (and they know it's a first time offender/especially a celebrity like Bom, not a drug lord) they observe the person first. And they do so by commencing a search through a search warrant in her house. If they DID find her to be guilty, they would have cuffed her, took her to the station and then recorded it. A search warrant does not equal to anything being registered. So whatever you read doesn't make sense
She is innocent until proven guilty. Why on earth would she have a case recorded, prior to the police being able to prove either way, when it's only a search warrant???? That doesn't make any sense in a developed country. A corrupt one perhaps.

The South Korean Constitution and the Criminal Procedure Act of Korea confer public prosecutors with the sole authority over criminal investigations. Furthermore, only prosecutors are authorized to request arrest warrants, detention, or search warrants. After completing the investigation, prosecutors decide whether to indict suspects. If they decide to indict, the case proceeds to trial. More important, prosecutors do not necessarily strive for conviction, but rather case resolution. During trial, prosecutors can and do withdraw cases if new evidence is revealed to prove that the accused is not guilty. At the final stage of the trial, if the defendant is not acquitted, the prosecutor recommends a level of punishment to the judge.

I really can't at SNSD fans calling Jessica greedy and selfish for wanting a career outside of the group.
From what I'm gathering, it seems like she wanted out of the group for a while and let the other 8 and SM know. But why did she renew her contract? I'm sure she didn't want to just leave the group abruptly. It sounds like she thought she could manage getting started on her life meanwhile giving the fans at least one more promotional cycle. She even got the blessing from SM to do it.
But hey, sometimes we get carried away and we bite off more than we can chew. The other girls must have felt that and decided "hey, if you're really wanting to start you're new life, then go ahead. We just can't have you not giving your all to the group. So go on ahead."
I would say both sides are at fault; Jessica for thinking she could handle it all, and SM for dropping her out of the blue when they had given her the okay. I just don't think it's okay to blame it all on Jessica for trying to give the fans one last proper goodbye which caused her to spread herself too thin.

I don't see anything wrong with the bold part tbh, it's true. If she wants to give a last proper goodbye then she should give her all to the group right now. Why she launches the brand now and put her in such a difficult situation, why not wait until she's out of the group.
The fact is they have a fanmeeting to hold, and she went to NY for a week to take care of her own business. They have to at least practice their performances but where's she? The other members must feel frustrated, especially when they already have a meeting with her about "choose the group or your job", and it's the last straw to lead to that decision.
And i don't think SM really drops her out of the blue. She's just too quick to run to her weibo and rants about it. They should have some time to discuss the issue if she's not that quick.

SECRET's Song JiEun upcoming solo mini album '25' was produced by Duble Sidekick
Quote:
The number '25' and the mysterious project SECRET's Ji Eun had been hinting at have been confirmed to be for her upcoming 1st solo mini album!
She's continued to impress us with her solo singles, so it's expected that she'll once again treat our ears to great new songs, including the title track "Pretty Age 25" which is the work of Duble Sidekick. Ji Eun previously wrote, "Now it's the age where I know things", and the meaning of that tweet is now clear as Ji Eun drops her new title track to portray her blossoming from a girl into a woman.

This is giving me GodIn's "Bloom" teas, can't wait.

Idk why she decided to start her brand right now. Perhaps to get it rolling, at least? It does take a while. And like I said, she probably thought she could handle doing both, but, unfortunately, she couldn't.
And I agree that she ran to Weibo too quickly, but I'm sure she felt pretty heartbroken. And I mean, it would have happened soon enough when the other 8 landed in China without her.
