Yeah, there's still no announcement of the performance so she's probably going to snub the promo slot. I think they are already contented with a top 15 peak, we should too.

I've already accepted the top 15 peak - it's higher than I initially expected it to go. I'm ready for the next single. I get that a VMAs performance could potentially push this higher, but I don't want Ariana to waste such a valuable promo slot on a dying single that needs a discount to keep it from free falling out of the top 30 on iTunes.

Honestly though, I'm only half expecting Ariana to perform at the VMAs. She clearly has no interest in promoting this era - she just seems like she's ready to move on. All I want is Ariana to give Everyday a shot as a single and then she can take a long break to play with her goats and Pokémon until she's ready to be a hard-working pop star again.

Probably outside top 50.

The album is down to #77 of iTunes after they ended the discount and will probably fall outside top 100 with new releases tomorrow.

The album was already doing bad before the discount though while Into You was top 30-35 with radio support & minimum promo. If we're lucky and if this discount helped it get exposure (it being in the top 5 for 10 days), it'll stay top 30-35. Republic should get it under iTunes' "Hot Tracks" and get her iTunes banners too though.

She did say she was "reserved" for something and that was the reason why she couldn't do TV this summer

The fact they're going to literally kill this right before it goes T10 is triggering me. She should've waited until next to release if this was the cast. Into You, Side To Side, and Greedy could've been singles for the ME re releases, it would've pushed the album to 1m+ copies in the US and 2.5m+ WW. It's like she's completely given up on her career after One Last Time was released.
