I don't necessarily think that any mods are biased against certain stanbases, but rather biased in favor of and more lenient toward certain stanbases. Obviously I'm not saying all the mods are like thie (and in most cases they are not), but lately I'm getting bad vibes over the way some issues are being handled.
However I could be (and more than likely am) wrong about this and it has more to do with certain stanbases targeting others and heavily raping the report button, which would make the mods seem biased.
