There will definitely be similarities, because she's created this vast world of characters and places, so she could definitely use them again. She'd just need to focus on a new character, but she's mentioned in her interviews that it'd be a waste not to use this world she's created again. :]
Still, her writing style itself is amazing, so whatever she writes I'm sure it would have a magic of its own, regardless of whether it was fantasy or not. :]
