iPad Mini tbh. I have an iPad air and a iPod touch and I've basically forgotten about it since i received the iPad because the bigger screen is much more convenient.
iPad mini would be better some apps work better on bigger devices, an IPod is just like a phone and I guess you already have one, so I'd buy an iPad mini.
iPad Mini, better display, more cases and functionality. The iPod touch is basically just a smaller, cheaper version of it. Plus, the iPad mini is more likely to get future software updates and run apps faster in the long run
