I'll be here for you when you really flop, become indie and serve us your magnum opus, that complete alternative rock album I've been craving for, Lord.
No taylor... I'm sorry but her country songs>>>>>>>> max Martin basic demos. I had a bad feeling when I heard wanegbt but then when red came out I was so relieved to hear that the album was mostly still taylor and not much MM. But now I am getting more and more worried about lp5 I really don't want this album to make me question my stanning at all
I guess it could always be worse. At least She's serving Prism and not Bangerz. I would actually curl into a ball and die if She was in the studio with MikeWillMadeIt and Pharrell. Small blessings, I suppose.
How did Her career get so misdirected after Speak Now? She went from this entirely self-written, acclaimed masterpiece to Katy Perry wannabe?
Was Speak Now not successful enough? Were 4 million copies and like 8 top 40 entries not enough?
Were 2 Grammy awards, Entertainer of the Year, and a $100 million grossing tour not enough?
And what moron keeps pushing Her into the arms of acts She's really too good to be working with? Ed Sheeran? Gary Lightbody? Train?
I don't want a regression to country music. I love Her doing pop influenced things. But Max Martin and Ryan Tedder are like the least of all common denominators.
I get that the Max Martin singles are a tradeoff. We get quality songs on the album, the singles broaden Her market and help keep Her relevant to the public. But She's tipping the balance in a bad way if She's making a full on Max Martin album.
But you go ahead and serve me your worst, Taylor. I'll bop to it anyways.

PRISM is a tornado-disaster burned onto CD, sis. I ain't here for dat.
I want some quality pop Taylor, not disposable ones.
I want this LP to pull a million debut week and stable weekly sales and Teenage Dream singles chart run...
