Cool Kids performance on the charts is underwhelming in general, but deserved. It's not that good of a song.
Its a great song! I saw Echosmith live at Warped Tour and it was amazing. All the other bands were either aging punk bands that had maybe one hit 10 years ago or indie or rock bands that just didn't care. It was amazing seeing some youth and future success there. That being said, Bright could be a huge follow up single

Personally, I always think Colbie songs are rather dull and stagnant. The music she makes now doesn't sound like much of any progression from the music she was doing in 06-07.

Have you listened to her new album? Its a solid album, and I think its different than her older music, I definitely recommend it
