After waiting in line, fans begin to enter the arena. A video is playing on screen.
They are very excited to see their favorite aritiste “Miss Natalia Kills”. They are all cheering and getting pumped as the D.J comes on stage to do his thing: scratching his board and mixing good music. The Excitement is high and the D.J serves tune after tune.
As the D.J leaves the stage and the lights come on once more, the fans are more ready than ever for Natalia to get out on stage. They are screaming, and chanting, and taking selfies…until…
THE ARENA GOES DARK.
ACT I
STOP ME
An image appears on screen as the lights begin to come in.
As the lights move from blue to red, drums begin to play in time with the lights.
3 heavy looking men appear on stage beating African drums.
They come out together and as they play, they separate into 3 strategic points on stage. One at the left end, the other at the right end, and one in the middle-front.
Once they finish playing the beat of “Zumba”, a traditional south-african song, they raise their hands up to signify that they are through and then, they kick into the Stop Me beat!
As soon as the Stop Me beat starts, the audience goes insane.
Natalia steps out as the smoke goes off
“Father, father, what have you done done done done
You made a monster and now I gotta run run run run”
**Video of a scared Natalia running through a dark alley that seems to get darker shows on screen for the entirety of the song**.
Natalia sings Stop Me as she does sexy yet very serious interpretive dance moves.
She does these little dance moves and sings for the majority of the Stop Me set.
After the third verse however, Natalia switches up the music in such a way that she would have a beat break where she sexily goes to the drummer at the front…
takes control of his drum and beats the hell out of it.
Fans go wild as Natalia plays and when she finishes her beat break, she kicks the drum, snatches her mic from one of her dancers and holds a loud note. She does vocal runs, adlibs, and a lot of vocal tricks for the rest of Stop Me.
UPROAR
As Stop Me finishes, her drummers (actual ones not African drummers) kick into the thumping and energetic beat of uproar.
**Video on screen changes to chaotic one showing men trying to oppress women and them roaring and fighting for their freedom.**
The performance itself is Natalia doing another interpretive dance comprised mostly of fist pumping, marching on stage, and general attitude.
The fans fist pumped, jumped and jirated to the sound of the music and general vibe of the music.
CONTROVERSY
As soon as Uproar finished and the smoke gushed out, the theatrical music of Controversy immediately begins playing as Natalia stands on stage listening to the voicemail that begins controversy. As soon as the voicemail is up, Natalia starts walking on stage and going to touch fans’ outstretched hands, move, and generally sing and move on stage. At one point she does these poses and short dance moves with her dancers.
**Different controversial words and things show up on screen throughout the performance.**
PROBLEM/MIRRORS
**The video on screen changes to a video of Natalia singing and doing a strip tease in front of a mirror.**
Natalia touches herself on stage as she sings the chorus of mirrors.
Suddenly, the song stops and sirens begin to flare. The Problem beat kicks in.
**At this point, the video changes to one of Natalia causing trouble around town, walking her dog, playing in bed, taking things from stores and causing general havoc.**
The performance sees Natalia walking around on stage, spinning, dancing, fist-pumping and giving seriously sexy faces.
Act 1 ends with a gust of smoke and lights and Natalia striking a sexy pose.
ACT II
When the stage lights back up, it sparkles.
The crowd goes wild!
Natalia’s voice begins to narrate as a video begins to play on screen.
“Versace, Prada, Loui, Fendi…designers! We Love Them.
“From the collar of our shirts to the heel of our shoes, everything has to be top notch”
“If it’s not designer, I don’t want it. This bitch is
TRASHY EXPENSIVE
The guitar riffs and the bass kicks in. The stage begins to fill with smoke as Natalia enters on a crystal block.
She begins to sing the words of trashy expensive as a photographer INSIDE the box takes pictures of Natalia, and her dancers cater to her.
She is gracefully escorted down from the block as she begins to do a fancy dance for the chorus.
Grabbing her crotch and whining her hips, Natalia does a very seductive dance for Trashy
Expensive. Throughout the performance, images flash on screen:
Natalia ends the performance by doing a “magic dress change” on stage to a half top and cut skirt as the crowd goes wild!
DIAMONDS OR NADA
Immediately the dress change happens, the beat of Diamonds Or Nada kicks in.
The video changes to one of diamonds in different forms: animation, raining, shining
The performance sees Natalia singing to her microphone while doing the vocal runs, adlibs, and general vocal tricks the song requires.
She ends with a fist pump and hair flip
COSMIC
The video on screen changes
As the video plays, Natalia moves over to a designated area on stage where she appears to be a hologram, and at some points, seem doubled.
Natalia sings the song with all the passion and aggressiveness it entails. The performance is both captivating and mind blowing because of the amazing hologram effects and Natalia ends the performance by splitting (virtually) in 3 on stage.
CHEAP WINE
Video changes to different shots of cheap wine
Natalia sings the song as angrily as it is expressing every emotion on stage
She exits the stage immediately as the song finishes and the lights dim.
ACT III
**Video Reels In as she narrates:
“Sometimes, we have someone who we love so much, they make your heart stop when you see them”
“You fall in love so deep, you can do whatever for that person, you change for that person”
“That kind of love, it burns bright, it blazes, and you feel so happy…especially on ecstasy”
“But then reality hits, and this person is not who you knew, he’s something much more terrible, more viscious”
“You have to walk away, it kills you but you have to. You have to save yourself, you have to live. Rain comes and then the sun shines. We are always evolving so we keep moving”
Stage lights back up.
Natalia is back on stage, she wears a white shirt and black trousers. She’s sitting down with her legs crossed and she gives a short speech to the crowd.
“I hope you’re having a good time. I’m very happy to see all your beautiful faces and that’s why I enjoy being on the road, seeing you guys. You all make everyday easier for me, there are days when it gets very rough and I feel like just giving up…but you guys give me strength and I’m very thankful for each and everyone of you that has come out tonight. I’m about to slow things down a bit and just have this intimate moment with you. This is Rainy Days.”
Natalia goes on to sing Rainy Days, Marlboro Lights, Devils Don’t Fly, and Burn Out with nobody but her guitarist on stage.
A look at the arena and it is beautiful.
It is a very intimate set and Natalia sings every word of each song passionately and emotionally.
When Natalia finishes, she is in tears, and she thanks the audience for such an intimate time and leaves the stage as the lights dim.
ACT IV
Stage lights back up as video begins to play while Natalia narrates.
“Suffering, Death, Pain, it’s everywhere”
“But it seems that all we are concerned about is ourselves.
“All men think about is sex, no matter how it comes”
“And all women think about is affluence and being the woman of society.”
“What does that make us? What does that make you?”
“Aren’t we all then just…”
SAVAGES
Video ends as lights kick in.
Natalia stands on stage, all changed, her hair pulled up in a cone, a bra, baggy trousers, and heavy shoes.
**Savage video plays on screen.**
Natalia kicks into savages. She stands in a spot doing another interpretive dance with her dancers. This time the dance is both serious, sexy, and captivating.
The performance ends with fire and a roaring lion on screen.
WAR, LIES, LOVE, MONEY
**Montage of war, strippers, and booze plays on stage**
Natalia performs the song with a lot of attitude, special effects, and a whole lot of FIRE!
The performance ends with a BLAZE!!
Natalia closes the night by shouting out to every member of her band, her dancers, and the crew as the beat of Rabbit Hole fills the air.
She thanks the fans, holds the hands of her dancers and gives a final bow as the curtains fall.
'Tokyo Lights' announced as the new single off 'Devour My Heart'+Discount+Main ITunes banner
After promoting the lead single 'Alone in the Dark' with performances around the world, remixes and marketing plans, Charli XCX and her label Variety Records have chosen 'Tokyo Lights' which was previously released as promo single as the new single off 'Devour My Heart', Charli XCX's sophomore album. The single is already being promoted around the globe thanks to different RedBull and The Blonds advertisements which have been featuring the song since last week. The song will also receive more promotion from upcoming events. Another deal was also signed to promote 'Tokyo Lights', ITunes and other digital retailers will exclusively reduce the price of the single to 0.69$.
Charli also got the Main Banner on ITunes, which said ''Tokyo Lights' Available Now' and led to a page with both Tokyo Lights' single version and it's album shown. The same thing was done with Amazon's Homepage which showed the cover of Charli XCX's Tokyo Lights cover. 'Tokyo Lights' has since then reached the top spot on many countries around the world including the US, UK, France, Germany, Japan and Australia. Besides those marketing plans, Charli also released a promotional video which featured 'Tokyo Lights'.
The deals and banners are set to push the singles' sales even further than they already are. 'Alone in the Dark' and 'Tokyo Lights' are Charli XCX's current singles which are featured on her brand new #2 peaking album 'Devour My Heart', all three being available digitally on retailers such as ITunes, Amazon and more while the album 'Devour My Heart' and the single 'Alone in the Dark' are also available physically at different retailers worldwide such as Best Buy, Target, Wamart and more. Charli XCX is currently on her Tokyo Lights World Tour, which is currently touring in North America.
Immediately after being signed to Written Without Warrant, girl-group G.R.L. (comprised of members Lauren Bennett, Emmalyn Estrada, Simone Battle, Paula van Oppen and Natasha Slayton) announced their new single, "Free", alongside Robin Antin. The single was announced last night, right after the announcement that they had been signed to WWW. The single premiered today on KIIS FM, and was uploaded to G.R.L.'s YouTube account almost immediately after.
The cover for the photo was described as "high-fashion bitches at the entrance to paradise" by Antin, and features the girls in expensive clothing and killer heels in a stone archway with the beginning of a large courtyard visible through a short cave-like hallway. From left to right: Emmalyn Estrada, Lauren Bennett, Natasha Slayton, Paula van Oppen, Simone Battle.
Release date: July 20, 2014 Genre: Electropop, pop, dance Length: 4:02 Written by: Łukasz Gottwald, Max Martin, Paige Brooklyn, Bonnie McKee, Antonella Valdez & Henry Walter Produced by: Dr. Luke · Cirkut · Ammo
"Free" was written by Łukasz Gottwald (Known professionally as Dr. Luke), Max Martin, Bonnie McKee, Antonella Valdez and Henry Walter (Cirkut), along with large contributions by actress-singer Paige Elliot (credited as Paige Brooklyn for the song). Production was handled by Dr. Luke, Cirkut and Ammo, and the song was engineered by Dr. Luke and Lauren Bennett. "Free" is an electropop song with heavy electro, house and dance elements contributed, taking inspirations from dubstep and complextro throughout its production, while definitely remaining within the genre of pop.
According to Bennett, "Free" was written as "The best song to listen to if you've just escaped a bad relationship". She continued on to say, "'Free' is totally about getting out of a bad relationship and realizing how much done it's good for you to get out of it. You don't feel broken down or bad, you feel powerful, amazing, and... well, free."
"The girls took to the song as soon as they read the lyrics," Antin stated. "They all decided they loved it and each wanted to get the most lines in it. They had to battle it out to get the individual parts, and though it would be best to have them all have equal parts, Emmalyn ended up with the most lines after the girls all made a deal for future songs on their upcoming album."
"To be honest, I'm kind of pissed, though," Slayton commented. "I only got two individual lines, one in the outro and one as background vocals... But really, it's better than nothing. I'd prefer to have more, but I'm just so happy to be a part of the song and work with everyone on it. And I know I'll get more lines in a future song."
Battle went on to mention a future video for the song: "Yeah, a video's so coming. We already started filming, but we're not done yet... I don't wanna spoil anything about it, but it's totally gonna be amazing, and the video sort of takes the title literally... But whatever! It's great!"
It was revealed that Dr. Luke would continue to produce for the group, much to their excitement. While no further songs or titles were confirmed for the group, they continued to show their excitement for "Free", with van Oppen stating: "It's the start of something huge. The album is going to blow everyone away, and we're not even half done!"
It's been so long since I could see
I'm finally who I'm supposed to be
I feel alive, I'm in total ecstasy
Without you, I am finally free
Official Audio:
Full Lyrics
CHORUS: 0:07 - 0:21 [Lauren]:
It's been so long since I could see
I'm finally who I'm supposed to be [Emmalyn]:
I feel alive, I'm in total ecstasy
Without you, I am finally free
VERSE: 0:24 - 0:53 [Simone]:
Once bound to you, baby I am so free
My raging love was kept in captivity
Not for sale, there is no price for a girl like me
Strip the pain and take back what you took from me [Paula]:
Baby there's no excuse for what you did to me
Building me up to watch me fall down to my knees
You know love isn't always making one taste defeat
No need to let go once I've escaped and have liberty
BRIDGE: 0:56 - 1:13 [Emmalyn]:
All the time, I find myself asking
How did everything end up so wrong?
We were living a fairy tale life
Thought we had it all going on [Natasha]:
All going on, all going on
PRE-CHORUS: 1:14 - 1:29 [Lauren]:
I bet you want to know who I love
I bet you want to know who I'm gonna see
I bet you want to know who I love
I bet you want to know who I'm gonna see
I bet you want to know if it's you that I need
I bet you want to know if it's of you I still think
I bet you want to know who I love
But what you need to know is that baby I'm free
CHORUS: 1:30 - 2:14 [Simone & Emmalyn]:
It's been so long since I could see
I'm finally who I'm supposed to be
I feel alive, I'm in total ecstasy
Without you, I am finally free [Natasha & Paula]:
It's been so long since I could see
I'm finally who I'm supposed to be
I feel alive, I'm in total ecstasy
Without you, I am finally free [ALL]:
Without you, I am finally free
Without you, I am finally free
Without you, I am finally free
Without you, I am finally free
VERSE: 2:18 - 2:47 [Emmalyn]:
Baby I'm long gone so don't you dare try to chase me
Your begging, lying, and cheating won't be changing anything
I might come off cold, but that's all what you ever were to me
I was hurt inside by words of war that made me bleed [Lauren]:
You're a lost man, a lost soul haunted by dark entities
Tearing us both apart, I could only withstand so much to see
We were heading down a track that was meant for you, but not for me
You might've made me weak, but baby I bounced back to my feet
CHORUS: 2:50 - 3:04 [ALL]:
It's been so long since I could see
I'm finally who I'm supposed to be
I feel alive, I'm in total ecstasy
Without you, I am finally free
MIDDLE 8: 3:05 - 3:36 [Emmalyn]:
It took this long to get away
I had to go out and see the world
The pain of love helped me grow
I'm no longer that scared little girl [Simone]:
You're not there to hold me back
I'm finally who I'm supposed to be
Everything just seems so much better
Now that I'm finally free
CHORUS: 3:37 - 3:51 [ALL]:
It's been so long since I could see
I'm finally who I'm supposed to be
I feel alive, I'm in total ecstasy
Without you, I am finally free
OUTRO: 3:52 - 3:59 [Natasha]:
I'm finally who I'm supposed to be [Paula]:
Without you, I am finally free [Simone]:
I'm finally free, man [Lauren]:
Finally free

I feel so lost, I’m all alone
I have nothing, cause my life is an empty space
I live alone in this world alone, I feel so sad when I see myself
My face in mirror it cracks, cause my soul is so empty
It’s like I have a burning soul inside of me
I can’t stand this no more
I cry everynight, I wanna get out
I don’t wanna sell, sell myself anymore
I have nothing, not even my pride
You took my soul and sold it to the dark.
Now I live everyday and think of the day when I die
These guys come they treat me like trash
They ruin my body, they even punch me
But you seem to have a new life, and how you sleep after this
Cigarette marks on my body, the thoughts of the nights make me collapse
No blood, nor love in my soul
I’m empty, I’m empty inside.
I have nothing.
I can’t stand this no more
I cry every night, I wanna get out
I don’t want to sell, sell myself anymore
I have nothing, not even my pride
You took my soul and sold it to the dark.
Now I live everyday and think of the day when I die
What you guys think of my new song, worked a bit on it. Still polishing not for Rih tho. not fully done also.
