Well, that's because the final chorus and possibly the bridge are missing. The instrumental at the end is way too long, it's over 1 min long, I'm sure there's a final and explosive chorus in the works, or even finished but not on that version of the demo.
The verses are not completed either. There are considerable breaks between what she's singing and that mysterious guy's pre-chorus.
As I said, if polished right, this could turn out to be an amazing song, and I could definitely see it being the album opener and even the lead.
