Taeyeon and Tiffany were uber cliquey, and Taeyeon was ALWAYS really cold towards Jessica, apparently she never liked her cold personality. They were a lot closer around the IGAB promotions though because they were really buddy buddy so it's not like Taeyeon will like this.

I don't think they are that sad about it. They may be crying on stage, but they are still going to run back to TTS.
They get the most lines and promotion out of the members, and neither of them seemed that close to Jessica in recent years.
