I'm not sure, I just know that on the Oricon chart (official) international artists never do well
She might top the Japanese Hot 100 though, but that's an unofficial chart.
In Germany, the singles chart is based on points, with a download counting as one point, a single bundle counting as 2,3 points and a maxi single counting for 4,2 points. Labels can also chose when a single debuts, and because physical sales count for more than downloads labels often chose to have the song chart after the physical single has been released.
