The RIAJ Mastertones chart will be posted early on Friday... like around 3-4 AM your time. But it's pretty much a given that it will be in the top 5 on RIAJ as "Born This Way" was the #2 Mastertones seller on Recochoku, the #1 digital store in Japan.
And I think it could even outpeak "Telephone"'s #5 position on the RIAJ Mastertones chart to become her highest charting single on mastertones.
And it is annoying that Japan doesn't have a comprehensive digital singles chart. Even Billboard Japan incorporates iTunes Japan sales onto their singles chart, even though they don't have a standalone chart for digital sales.
