I'm pretty sure she likes the song (besides Money Honey, she's never kept a song she wrote for someone else that was rejected), but she does hate the video. She's on record as saying that.

Darkchild wouldn't let her release the song on 'The Fame' because she wasn't big enough and he didn't want to lose money on a song he thought could get picked by a big artist.

He was still reluctant to release it on 'The Fame Monster', but by getting Beyoncé on the track it convinced him to allow Gags to have the song.
