Why would she dump Ashley Everett? The captain on the girls dance team! Ashley is her TOP dancer which is why she was in Single Ladies, Ego, and every other video as a main dancer, she substituted for Shakira on Beautiful Liar during TBE and she was right at Beys side on the VMA's, and etc... Ashley is Bey's trusted favorite and won't be leaving anytime soon.

No chance against those artists you just named? Gaga could certainly be very competitive, but it's not like Beyoncé's team is afraid putting out the album this year because these so called artists will outsell her. That's just a close minded re-mark considering the fact Bey' has more than a solid fanbase to outsell most of those artists in the long-run. They couldn't even come close. Beyoncé is far more superior comparing her to them, because she has been a major competition in the business for over a decade. You can find a seat now.

Kanye, Adele & Gaga have yet to win a Grammy in the 3 general categories while Taylor & Bey have & Beyonce can get nom'd for a 2 year old Live performance of a song that won the previous year so what are you talking about "no chance in hell?" I think Adele would be the biggest competition with Kanye being second. Not sure if The Grammys still use Taylor like that after the singing catastrophe.
