SM can't kick Jessica out if they want to keep Krystal so their best option is for her to be solo. As I said numerous times, they are a package deal and I still can't believe people are siding with SM when it seems someone leaves a group or company on bad terms every quarter now.

Oniontaker (who predicted this a month ago) just hinted more big news will be out tomorrow.

Some people are saying a second member is leaving. I hope OT7 can rebound like DB2K and the 2 leaving members can move on

I think it is best to end SNSD as a whole right now. There are too many rumours flying around and the fact that Jessica hinted the other 8 members also kicked her out isn't something the fans + GP will take lightly. I think their future will be closer to T-ara's than DB2K's so they might as well finish at the top.

SM is not kicking Jessica or Sulli out because its going to kill their stocks and plung3e them faster. Its easier for them to recover by saying Hiatus or staying for individual activity then being forced out as it causes investors and others to demand what is going on especially when YG stock immensly rose from 47,000 won this morning to above 51,000 won while SM dropped from 40,000 won to 39,000 won with the press release back to 39,500 won but mysteriously crashed even lower to 38, 500 won.
Secondly, Jessica also was saved herself because if SM did terminate her contract, it would be a possible court case. Kicking her out of SNSD is cheaper monetary and sticking her in a duegeon is better for business, then terminating her contract which could lead to legal loopholes Krystal could exploit thus hurting SM board of directors dividend checks daily plus lead to less confidence in the SM brand meaning less investors.
I do find it weird though how Jessica said the members pushed her out. Tiffany at KCON actually mentioned that Jessica was designing and how all the solo activities of the members were going to make this a very exciting time. Plus in the airport photos, those sunglasses are actually from Jessica's line. Could it be possible that the other girls were forced to push her out with some doing so gladly (aka Taeyeon)

Jessica files a lawsuit against SM i guess
The other girls are at China right now, so there's no reason for them to leave right now
And i don't think that the other members kicked her out, just they agree that they should move on w/o her
