I remember when I first downloaded The Fame I couldn't listen past the first half. 
I can't believe it has only been 3 years. She's made such an impact on pop culture already.

Lmao. I remember I downloaded a whole bunch of The Fame songs via Youtube converter 
I also remember downloading "Beautiful Dirty Rich" listening to it a few times then was like wtf this is boring. Few months later I was walking down the sidewalk and it somehow just ****ing clicked. "****ing genius."

I remember when I first heard "Just Dance" it was on season 2 or 3 of America's Best Dance Crew (they would use it during the end of every episode) and I thought it was Ashlee Simpson for the longest.

I saw her on Miss Universe, she looked so unique out of this world, i heard Just Dance and it sounded so different from every other song at the time, people call Just Dance generic now, but in 2008 sounded like an experimental pop dance record, at least for me!

That's what I did. 
I remember the first time I heard 'Just Dance' on the radio. As soon as I got home, I downloaded that **** so quickly and just kept playing it over and over again. I thought the video was kind of basic, but then she slayed me effortlessly with 'Poker Face'.

Just Dance video is the most basic **** GaGa has ever done, even The Edge Of Glory is superior only for the cinematography and the references! sometimes i pretend GaGa never made that video, but it was her first effort so i forgive her, like she used to said it was done with beer budget!

I agree, most of it was basic but there were still some really good shots, especially at the beginning with the old school stereo and pink jacket. She looked like a star

It's the PERFECT "I'm out partying" video.
From the epic intro where the car pulls up and all you see are her heels sticking out. To the way she walks up to the '70s-inspired house party with her sunglasses and so much attitude. The way she tears off her pink jacket. Does all those Illuminati symbols. Humps the whale. Does that hip thrust choreo. Strangles herself with the microphone. The video is

I really like the Just Dance video too. (although on my first viewing my initial thought was this bitch wasn't going to be famous )

Good interpretation and analisys, but for me is still too basic, it has some i'm gonna be a star moments and some iconic moments, but no, that video didn't make a stan, when i saw GaGa coming out from the water with that Mum mum mum mah in the Poker Face video i said yes this is my new bitch!

When i saw the Just Dance video i thought "ok i like this girl, but she is definitely a one hit wonder" then she proved me wrong and turned me into a stan and the epic performances of The Fame era make me stan even harder, she was so full of energy at that time, she was even a good dancer! you could see the passion and the hunger for fame and success in her body language it was amazing!
