Regardless, it's London. No matter how bad Rihanna was doing, it wouldn't be THIS bad. They would have cancelled or downgraded. So i'm guessing people are late, or there's trouble with transport.
Look at the seats in the sections. Why would you go for crappy seats when they have better ones available? That doesn't make any sense. Ticketmaster would give you the best available. Why are more people in the worst section, than the best?
