The main reason is because she and her stupid label (RCA) had pushed back the album 3 times. The original release date for the first single was September 2009 and then all we got was an Abbey Dawn Show in NY Fashion Week. And then it was pushed back to April 2010. Then Alice flopped badly on radio and they pushed back the album once again.
I remember there were a huge hype when she first announced about the album release date
