I honestly dislike albums that aren't cohesive. My favorite albums are cohesive ones. My December, Born To Die and From The Roots Up (Y'all should check it out this album from Delilah, it's ****ing amazing). So I would like the album to be cohesive and not a mess like All I Ever Wanted.

Also it's about time we have a dance smash from Kelly. Yes, I know that pop music is changing but **** that. I don't care if it flops in the US, it will still smash in Europe and every house influenced chart. Yesterday I was at the biggest party event in Suriname and people go crazy for the house/dance songs. Feel This Moment from Christina an pitbull was played almost the entire night. So for obvious reasons and for my guilty pleasure I want a big dance/house song. So I need a Calvin Harris collaboration. Kelly her voice and Calvin his house production will be ****ing unreal.

It's also time for another Because Of You, Sober or Already Gone. That is one of the few things Stronger missed. A big heartfelt, emotional ballad. P!nk and RIhanna proved that ballads still can smash.

I hope the album won't have ANY country influences (but I think it will) because the production tend to be loud and corny. Pop fans shouldn't be punished by her "Country Add-on" and neither should her new country fans. She should just make a double disc album with one CD having pop songs and the other one country songs. If she wants to go all away make it a triple disc album with the other one having urban and dance songs. 4 or 5 songs per disc should do the trick.

And also one last thing, I don't want a mellow first single this time around.

At this point I don't think Kelly is going to leave RCA. They have been giving her everything she wanted for the last 3 years. I think Kelly feels she's finally in the right environment with people who understand her and are willing to work with her terms and compromise. I honestly doubt that Kelly is going to leave this all and go to another record label to fight and prove again to be taken seriously.

Although I would love for Kelly to go to another record label and completely reboot her image and music. I think she needs a reboot. She is kinda getting boring

Well whatever her image is, I don't know if it will work with today's EDM-pop. CMB is the closest thing we got and maybe continuing along that kind of emotional type of dance will work (?)

But I'm definitely ready for a pure vocal album. Some classical feel that will show why she's the Aretha or Celine of this generation.

EDM isn't just upbeat happy dance music with build ups, which is the only type you hear on pop radio. It can also encompass slow, trance like euphoric progressions which CMB has with the piano riffs building up to a basic synth chorus. TBH, none of Kelly's songs are even close to truly being EDM but CMB's production is heavily electronic influenced. Stronger and especially PLU are more pop-rock.

Edit: And I haven't been listening to anything other than Natural Woman (2013) too I need more singer-songwriter classics like this
