The concert is private and to catch it you have to have Direct TV and a special fee pay (I know because two years ago M5 was there doing the same thing and it took me and my friends a long time to see the performance).

As I was sure of, Timberlake's first real "public" performance of S&T will be at the Grammys (I was having no doubts Neil Portnow would have been there for Justin's promo)

Don't worry though: excerpts of the Direct Tv special will circulate everywhere, building up hype for the Grammys.

I expect S&T to climb back at least in top 4 after all is said and done

It's his first single after so many years... it has to climb up (though Bruno, and his impressive album and digital power will always be an obstacle to Justin this era: but he can count on something Bruno cannot: dance, coreography, some absolutely various sets of skills for entertaining a crowd. If he works that Triple Threat kind of impact he has, he can get back his space in the scene fully, and I am sure he knows what to do with promo. Never doubt that. )

It's the best song off Overexposed, it deserves top 5.

Daylight is a cute song... but the way they treated its promo, serving no video playable by music tv (or YouTube) before they finally saw the light and released the short version for charity; or all of the indecisions about its follow up tell well Maroon 5 are just trying to fill the airwaves a bit for the two months they are on Tour (mostly completely sold out) before they - hopefully - get back to their commercial sense and serve the only other three songs that can truly smash from Overexposed, no matter the season, starting from the most obvious one, which is Lucky Strike (other perfect single choice are Doin' Dirt for Summer and then the most relatable ballad on the record, Wipe Your Eyes, which could work amazingly with a re-recording + a feature and a re-arrangement for the expected repackaging of the album I guess around September, which would be perfect in mood for the melancholia that Wipe Your Eyes serves, and which screams "post summer gaze").

I don't think really that Daylight can do much more than what it has already done, honestly... especially not with a supreme tearing up ballad like When I Was Your Man dominating from now on for a couple of months.
