I don't know if Britney is capable of having a run like Mariah, the run Mariah had sort of just happened as it um, happened. It turned out that she chose the right singles at the right time and she sold a lot. (and I infact liked what she chose) What we do know is that, if Britney chooses the right singles, she will definitely become extremely popular again and her album sales will go through the roof.
On the other hand, if the 2nd single turns out to be a disaster.....well, I'm not gonna get into that yet. I think it's too early to be talking about future singles just yet. I know you fans of her like to be optimistic in thinking what she should choose, do you think she'll have a poll to help her decide?

I don't think she'll put up a poll, that's a bad thing. Look at Jessica and Ciara. Polls are voted upon by FANS. The purpose is to choose a song that can relate to the general public. Of course your fans will pick their favorite song, but not people who are only interested in "GM" at the time. I hope she releases "Break The Ice" however.
That's like THE best Britney song.
As for "Heaven On Earth", not in the U.S. That would flop badly and people will begin to forget about her, although that wasn't the case with "Britney", but no. just no. maybe internationally, it would do awesome since everyone else in the world, even 3rd world countries, have better taste than here in the US. Look at our #1 single(s).
