So I've decided to replay Awakening and I'm playing it on Hard mode in Classic which is absolutely hellish since I'm the kind of person who can't let any of my team die. I just finished Chapter 9 tho so slay

One thing I noticed about this game this play through that I never did before was that I absolutely hate the American accents all the characters have. It's absolutely tragic.
I want Japanese voices speaking English

I beat the game the first time I got it on Hard/Classic. Wanted a real challenge.

Game becomes easy after a certain point, but early on you really gotta be cautious with ordering your units.

hard/classic is basically league of frederick for a while

I did a Lunatic run and dropped Frederick like a rock after Chapter 4 in favor of Kellam.

oh lunatic is what i meant not hard

tbh i reaally hate him but i didn't do that just bc i don't care for either of them and frederick has better potent stats (I could be wrong cause i havent played in soo long) i used kellam in my first run tho

I'm sure some of y'all are excited about the SM:RPG news, right? I just beat it like 2 years ago on an emulator so it's too soon to replay it for me. (Plus I live in the US.) But maybe this means we'll get Mallow, Geno, or Grandma in Super Smash NX!

Noone has the potential for damage sponge as much as Kellam.

Take those hits until I grind Chrom, MC, and Sumia enough.

I definitely love the interactions happening between Nintendo and Square Enix lately. I would love for them to make a direct sequel to this game but I don't feel like they are buddy-buddy enough yet to do that.

People are/were always vocal about putting Geno is Smash but I have always felt like Mallow would make for the more dynamic character. The fact Geno is even realized in 3D in Sm4sh as a Mii costume all these years later is incredible, though.

The game has such a sharp learning curve, though. I spent the first few hours trying to acclimate to the battling system, the shopping, the missions, all the while getting lost out in Primordia only to get stepped on and OHKO'ed by some gigantic beast 10x my level
