You can measure a singer's place in the pop-star pecking order by the quality of the Max Martin/Shellback song she releases. For Xtina, the news ain't good. "Your Body" is a sluggish and nearly hookless hookup anthem, apparently dredged from that part of the Stockholm harbor where the Swedish hitmakers toss their D-list material.
RS is BS. Legend X's Your Body slays and demolishing other pop girls records left and right as we speak.
I am PRAYING ON MY KNEES for the album to be pushed back.
No.
The best chances for the album to reach at least Gold is releasing the album in November. Who knows maybe she will have longevity and reach Platinum if future singles become hits but the album needs those November - December sales first.
Sorry, why are people praying for the album to be pushed back?
Your Body is going to smash all throughout October, though. That's crucial for her.
There is way too much pessimism. This ain't no Bionic we're dealing with.
Still staying optimistic for the Queen. I know at least we'll have a great album. If it doesn't slay commercially, well obviously it's not her fault that the taste of our world today needs some serious reinvention. Just check the top 2 iTunes spots right now.

Was walking through the student center at my school today and as I was about to leave the building, I overheard the announcer on the radio playing throughout the building saying, "Coming up next, we've got some new music from Cher Lloyd, Christina Aguilera," and that's all I needed to hear before walking out the door. I'm so happy it's not flopping on radio!

Lol whenever a diva isn't doing well commercially, the stans jump in with "It's because her material is just TOO GOOD for mainstream music"...
Clearly "All I wanna do is **** your body" was simply too high-minded for mainstream pop audiences
