The Man Down video is just pure greatness. When I saw the first few seconds of the video, I literally almost cried because I knew it was going to be just epic. When Rihanna pulled the trigger and shot the guy and the "Yesterday morning" popped up, I was like "OMFG." I was just in awe and speechless. Rihanna looked stunning in the video, like all her videos. However, this video was very different. It represented something so real, something so raw, and something so deep. The storyline was amazing, I have to give Anthony Mandler props for this masterpiece. But this video would be NOTHING without Rihanna's acting skills. Her acting skills really wowed me. Her facial expressions, the story her eyes told, the emotion, it added a whole new meaning to the song and video. This is the best music video Rihanna has done so far, and to top this she would need to bring it 1,000,000% This is one of the best music videos I've seen. It deserves the awards and praise. It's by far one of the best music videos of the year. There are no words to describe this video because saying it's EPIC is an understatement. This video is beyond EPIC.
