Gosh, some of your tastes are deplorable. Stanning for an album called 'Anus' and then saying Carly's pop miracle isn't great is just... I can't find the words.

As for the Backstabber video, I could be wrong (I wasn't one of those original pre-TiK ToK fans) but I think that Backstabber was originally considered to be her debut single in 2008/2009, which is why the video was shot. But then they scrapped its release and recorded TiK ToK and made it her single instead.

"Boots & Boys" could have saved the era. 20m sales WW, 10m from the US, 2b VEVO views, #1 for 18 weeks, charting for 74 weeks, and helped Animal sell 14m WW and 8m in the US.
