Its a good idea to reintroduce interest in past generations of Pokemon to the newer generation of fans and to re spark interest with the veterans of Pokemon as well, for sure! But to be honest, its too reminiscent of Digimon. I know its been said before but it honestly is.
And I don't know how I feel about them choosing a way to reinvent one of the ways the game is played by including something that reminds me so much of another franchise I'm also a fan of tho. And a franchise I like to keep as separate as possible to Pokemon too, to say the least.
I don't know, I figure its something I'll have to see and experience with my own eyes and get used to before I start liking it. But even in the preview, the cut scene it used to activate this mega evolution reminded me way too much of a Digivice or something. It just comes to a point where the franchises are going to start blurring the lines a bit too much, in my opinion.
