It's not an excuse, it's a FACT. Lady GaGa worked her ass off to get these sales, if she had stayed home she wouldn't have even sold 1 million copy. Common sense.

And Telephone and Alejandro were 2nd and 3rd singles from her sophmore effort , you don't need much promo for those but we all know she promoted the **** outta the Fame singles and Bad Romance

If Ke$ha had a GaGa kind of promotion, it would be very possible for her to have the same kind of sales. Why not? Her songs are new, fresh, modern, and everybody sings to them - her videos are simple, cute, and her album is one of the best this year, she even had a better start than GaGa did.
But who am I kidding. Every GaGa stan here (with a few exceptions, Nicole, etc.) think Lady GaGa is a Goddess who slayed every artist in the industry when in fact she had nothing but a successful year for the hard work she's done.
No, don't get it wrong, I'm realistic about Gaga, but I disagree with the "she had nothing but a successful year for the hard work she's done."
