I think they do play on changing all the Ke$ha's. I imagine it will be a slow roll-out and they didn't anticipate or prepare for it. Everything happened so fast. I could definitely be wrong about that though.

Yeah, not sure how accurate it is but that's supposedly its one-day audience impressions (i.e. the number of people, in millions, who heard the song over radio in the given day). So about 52,000 people, which is a teensy update, but it's only one day and it's from before its official radio release, so it's kind of to be expected.
