Bad Romance/Tik Tok chart runs aren't similiar at all neither are their total sales, and Bad Romance was a lot bigger worldwide, just because they were in the Top 2 together on almost every chart doesn't make their runs similiar
Being #1 for 9 weeks and being #2 for seven weeks or whatever it was - those are indisputably similar chart runs. It means in the end to an average American Bad Romance is just as big a hit as Tik Tok. There is absolutely no difference. They are equally popular to Americans, because of those similar chart runs.
No.
And stop adding pop bars of 2 versions of a song. It's stupid and pointless. You would have to do that with EVERY song on the chart to get an accurate result.
Oh, ok. I can show you then.
You see the number 1?
See the number 2?
Those numbers are right next to each other! No integers in between whatsoever!
Such numbers are similar in value to each other! Just like 7 and 8 are similar - if I have seven books, and my friend has eight books, then we have a similar numbers of books!
Now that you know what the word 'similar' means, we can talk about the chart:
If a song is number 2 for a very long time, and another song is number 1 for a very long time, then they have similar chart runs! Easy!

Every song on the chart doesn't have two versions charting though

Is there a way to get a direct link to a song that's not available as a single (Telephone)? When I click "copy link" in iTunes it gives me a link to TFM.
