That's not my point. We can't even communicate racial issues to whites that are IN America because 90% of them don't even think it exists. So can you imagine someone from a racially homogeneous region outside of America? To those outside looking in, we could easily look like we are just "complaining" and a lot of the issues are internalized because surely, it can't be that bad.
This is not for lack of trying, and nothing stated detracts from what I said: communicating American racial issues to those that live in countries that are racially homogeneous or without racial issues and observing, is difficult. It is a complex problem.
