True enough. I admin'd at some of those older software and one could easily put certain users in a specified group that can be restricted from posting threads, reading threads, etc.

So I wonder why when some users are allowed to keep doing so. Perhaps they're needed more than we think?

swim wants to make a blog about like recreational drug use. Is that okay if swim doesn't make the title obnoxious. I read through the Rules & Guidelines and didn't read anything about it; however, I can totally understand if it were to not be allowed.
