I'm currently running about 30-40 minutes and will slowly get faster overtime. I got running shoes that are from a running shoes store with good padding. shin splints will likely happen soon since the shoes are newer
grass and dirt are the best things ever, which is why Dirt Tracks>>>>>>>>>>the other stuff
