Due to the overwhelming amount of trash on TRL nowadays, let's take another trip down memory lane, because trips are fun.
The recaps for April 26th, April 27th, and April 28th, 2000 were a bit different than usual around that time, because the votes came strictly from whichever city TRL was visiting that day, for the Wanna Be a VJ 3 contest. The videos were always contenders for the countdown, but for these three days most of them were at positions they would never be able to reach on a regular day: Britney Spears at #8, Jay-Z at #2, etc. Nevertheless, it was interesting, and these were the golden days of TRL, which will never be seen again. Tomorrow I'll post April 27th, and April 28th on Friday...
04.26.00 [San Francisco, CA]
10. DMX, "Party Up"
09. blink-182, "Adam's Song"
08. Britney Spears, "Oops! I Did It Again"
07. No Doubt, "Simple Kind of Life"
06. Sisqó, "Thong Song"
05. Bloodhound Gang, "The Bad Touch"
04. 'N Sync, "Bye, Bye, Bye"
03. Aaliyah, "Try Again"
02. Jay-Z, "Big Pimpin'"
01. Limp Bizkit, "Break Stuff"
Close Calls:
Korn, "Make Me Bad"
Christina Aguilera, "I Turn to You"
Destiny's Child, "Say My Name"
Now isn't that better?

I like to go back to the way it was as bad as you do Johnny when there was quality stuff on TRL, but I'll deal with what's given.
And Arith, plz don't tell me to shut up. I'm only stating my opinion and you should respect other people's opinions which you need to work on
Yes, I know i've been criticized a lot lately for what i've said about what I like and don't like but just deal with it. I can't help myself sometimes.

I kind of liked the countdown today, it had Nick lachey, Shakira, and Pussycat dolls that are my favorite videos, but seriously please take Mariah Carey's video and place it at number 5 till she retires and everyone is happy again, for a little while..

Dude, you don't respect anyone's opinion if they don't share the same one as you and you know it.
