I think Legend is the wrong term for Katy. Hasbeen is as well, but it's closer to what I expect Katy to be.

I believe Katy will end up like Kelly Clarkson is now. She'll have hits, and she'll have misses. Teenage Dream is Katy's Breakaway.

I remember after her last album- the one before teenage dream, i thought that would be her last successful album, but then she came back and proved me wrong. So I'm not sure. Everything about her to me screams hasbeen but she still remains to stay relevant and very successful. So far atleast.
