What? Electivile has not had consistent usage, it was OU for one gen(and it was one of the worst OU Pokémon), before PLUMMETING to RU despite its immense BST and huge movepool

And the only correct way to use Electivile is to not use it at all; it's stat distribution sucks! 135 Attack on a Pokémon with a better special movepool? A Tapu Koko tea, minus the good speed and Fairy typing. Electivire has
less speed than Electabuzz, like GameFreak wanted it to suck
Electivile doesn't
