One of the few songs that has made me feel physically sick. I’ll never understand anything about this song. Especially how people heard it and then wanted more of Jessie. Imagine what could have happened if this song had never taken off. Maybe Price Tag wouldn’t have the proper launch and Jessie would have fizzled away into irrelevancy where she belongs. Unfortunately this song was a hit and sold almost 600,000 copies in the UK. But it’s always nice to think about what could (should) have happened. |
Sis. It flopped on release, #26, and then fell to #30. Not Let It Go flop, but still. She only rose after winning the Critics choice.
