I don't think so. She's trying to make it big internationally and I think she might feel "above" the ESC.

Hopefully Astrid may be more open-minded than say Zara Larsson who sounds like your description of "above" ESC.

We all know them bishes going to be running to their country's national finals once the hits dry up.

2016 truly was the ESC-year of bad decisions..

Simone would've gotten Denmark back to the finals (probably with a good placing too)
Oscar (Sweden) would probably end up somewhere close to what Frans did, but the song is much better.
Laura could bring Estonia to the finals, if not I doubt it would end up last in the semi's
Poland, do I have to say more...

Hopefully Ukraine chooses Aida Nikolaychuk to represent them in Kiev or Lviv! (assuming that one of them will be the host city)

If they keep Ruslana as a judge you can say it's a certain, you just KNOW she will trash the hell out of the English (or god forbids, Russian) songs for not being Ukrainian enough and not representing the country the way it should be.
