Legit no clue. I'm guessing the release is going ahead as scheduled in Japan, but as for everywhere else I literally dunno. Interscope's promotional site (autoplay warning) still says the album is coming out this month, though that might just be an oversight.

You'd think if they're going to release it in Japan they'd go ahead and release it everywhere else, particularly in the US where they've already invested so much promo.

Yeah, I've never understood it either. Territorially delayed album release plans rarely make sense for the bottom line in the age of the Internet. They'll inevitably end up missing out on sales.

I'm guessing a radio deal would be hard for her to get at this point.

it's just a myth. IF THEY ARE GONNA BUY, THEY ARE GONNA BUY. If they're not gonna buy, they're not gonna buy. the leak may even benefit her in first week sales because it helps to convince buyers that this is a good album to buy after getting a chance to listen to it in full for a whole week.
keep in mind that the gp doesn't care or listen to the leak. only die hard music fans.
